BRAND MANAGER - Junior The Job Description: The incumbent will report to Senior Brand Manager, and be responsible mainly to assist in developing, and implement marketing strategy for the assigned products to achieve growth ambition of the company on the following aspects : New Innovation, Market share, NSV, Volume Growth and profit. Detail task include: - Actively involve in market research in order to generate consumer insights to build brand equity & innovation. Used trade visit and consumer visit as tool to generate insight.
- Generate creative innovations ideas and design winning innovation concepts (from packaging to product launch).
- Assess brand health and align brand business plans in order to strengthen the assigned Brand Mix.
- Actively involve in Develop the product Portfolio Strategies by analyzing market trends, growth drivers and competitors actions.
- Develop and implement creative the Brand Communication Plans to maximize brand visibility at all effective channel.
- Evaluate campaign cost efficiency and effectiveness and the performance of media and creative agency.
The General requirement: - Candidate possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field from reputable University.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing management preferably as Junior Brand Manager or similar position, and has done marketing/brand activation/consumer promotion) with Fast Moving Consumer Goods companies.
- Understand the Brand Management (marketing mix, positioning, launch, research, budget and competition).
- Has to have a good and deep understanding of the market as well as competitors’ performance. Responsible in providing a regular update of market analysis and brand performance.
- Good understanding of financial principles and implications, particularly in line with Sales and Marketing impacts.
- Demonstrates a strong leadership and should be able to maintain stable performance under pressure.
- Possess strong Analytical skills, and proven ability to manage complexity.
- Willing to work in the tough environment (result oriented person).
