Brand Manager - Skin Care

Our client is a a leading cargo transportation and logistic company in Indonesia and Asia region (public listed combany/Tbk). In line with its rapid growth and expansion, the company is now looking for highly qualified and dedicated professional to be part of its winning team as:



BRAND MANAGER - SKIN CARE


Detail Task Include :

  • The incumbent of the position will report to Marketing Manager and be responsible to drive and lead projects or set of tasks in the support of growing business in line with wider Brand and Corporate strategies
  • Actively involve in market research in order to generate consumer insights to build brand equity & innovation. Used trade visit and consumer visit as tool to generate insight
  • Generate creative innovations ideas and design winning innovation concepts (from packaging to product launch)
  • Assess brand health and align brand business plans in order to strengthen the assigned Brand Mix
  • Actively involve in Develop the product Portfolio Strategies by analyzing market trends, growth drivers and competitors actions
  • Develop and implement creative the Brand Communication Plans to maximize brand visibility at all effective channel
  • Evaluate campaign cost efficiency and effectiveness and the performance of media and creative agency


Requirements:

  • Holding Bachelor degree preferable in marketing/commerce
  • Having 2 years of experience as Brand Manager,with minimum 5 years experience in managerial level (sales/marketing/brand activation/consumer promotion) with Fast Moving Consumer Goods companies preferably in personal care and the household products
  • Understand the Brand Management (marketing mix, positioning, launch, research, budget and competition)
  • Has to have a good and deep understanding of the market as well as competitors’ performance. Responsible in providing a regular update of market analysis and brand performance
  • Some experience in BA team handling, marketing of premium personal care/skin care products and experience in consumer research, handling PR, design agencies etc. would be desirable. Understanding of working with personal care/pharmacy channel and departmental stores would be an added bonus
  • Given that the candidate will have to interact with teams across different countries and Brand custodians in Singapore, good comprehension and communication skills in English is mandatory
  • Candidate should be hands on with good execution capabilities for different kinds of Marketing activities including- launch campaigns, designing new brand collaterals, consumer workshops, promotion activities and digital/print advertising campaigns
